Yes, Noma Home Pros is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Noma Home Management is $199/month. Noma provides four seasonal preventative-maintenance visits, keeps the maintenance plan and service history organized, tracks reminders, notes visible maintenance concerns, helps prioritize repairs and replacements, coordinates specialty providers when needed, provides priority scheduling, and reviews completed and upcoming priorities annually.

Monthly customers can add the Customized Home Maintenance Manual & PM Plan for $600 one-time. Founding Member Annual Home Management is $2,000/year and includes the manual and plan.

Scheduled preventative-maintenance labor for defined tasks in the home’s plan is included. Materials, consumables, corrective repairs, replacement parts, projects, specialty contractor services, and other work outside the plan are separately priced.

We provide receipts for all materials purchased and you only pay for what's used. You're also welcome to provide your own materials if you prefer.

We schedule based on the work and current availability. Founding Home Management Members receive priority access to Noma for home-management needs. Repairs and project work are coordinated and priced separately.

We handle most home repairs and maintenance, but we don't do major structural work, full kitchen/bathroom remodels, roofing, or HVAC installation. For these larger projects, we can recommend trusted local specialists.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit to secure materials.

Yes. If you notice an issue with our workmanship within 30 days of service completion, contact us at (217) 803-1694 or kevin@nomahomepros.com. We will return to re-do the work at no additional labor cost. This applies to labor quality only; it does not cover material defects, normal wear, or issues caused by third parties. Home Management terms are discussed directly with Noma before enrollment.

TV mounting is a service that's available, and you don't have to worry if you don't have a mount yet. A suitable TV mount can be provided for your space and the type of TV you have, or use the one you already bought if you prefer. The mounting is done properly, with attention to safety and making sure everything is level and secure on the wall, whether it's drywall, brick, or something else. Just let us know what kind of TV you have, your preferred viewing height, and any other details, and everything else can be taken care of.

A handyman can help with a lot of common home projects. This includes repairs like fixing leaky faucets, patching and repainting drywall, replacing or installing light fixtures, hanging shelves, assembling furniture, repairing doors and locks, and minor carpentry work. Services also cover things like repairing or installing trim, mounting TVs, fixing small plumbing issues, changing switches and outlets, and other general maintenance tasks. If you have something specific in mind, it's easy to ask and see if it's something that can be handled.

Yes, you can get help with seasonal home maintenance tasks like caulking, weatherstripping, replacing air filters, and other jobs that need to be done to keep your house in good shape. Regular maintenance like this keeps your home energy efficient and can prevent bigger problems down the road. You just tell us what you need, and we can handle those jobs for you.

Small jobs like replacing a ceiling fan, installing shelves, or fixing a sticking door are exactly the kind of handyman services offered. Most small repairs, home fixes, or upgrades like these can usually be done in just one visit. If you're not sure whether a project is too small, just ask—there's no job too minor to help with around your home.

Yes, we handle a range of small repairs around the house, including minor plumbing fixes like leaky faucets, grout or caulk repair in kitchens and bathrooms, and replacing damaged trim on walls, doors, or windows. These are pretty common requests, and we're experienced in making sure everything is done safely and looks good when finished. If you have a specific repair in mind, just ask and we'll let you know what we can do.

We handle repairs and replacements for rotted wood trim around windows and doors. We can remove the damaged trim, check for any underlying issues, and install new material to make sure everything looks clean and works right. Furniture assembly and hanging artwork or mirrors are both included in handyman services. If you've got a new piece of furniture that comes in a box or you need help putting up a mirror or artwork so it looks straight and stays secure, that's all part of the job. Tools and hardware can be provided if needed, and everything gets installed safely, at the right height, and where you want it.

Yes, help with home maintenance services for move-in or pre-sale checklists is available. This includes fixing minor things like patching walls, painting touch-ups, tightening loose hardware, squeaky doors, cleaning up caulk lines, repairing drywall holes, and making sure everything looks good for a new owner or renter. These small jobs can make a big difference in how a place shows, whether you're getting ready to sell, rent, or just moved in and want everything working right. Each checklist can be customized to your needs.

Home Management is built around one point of contact for the physical home, four seasonal preventative-maintenance visits, ongoing planning and reminders, organized service history, proactive observations, recommendations, vendor coordination, priority scheduling, and an annual Home Maintenance Review.
